I wish every child in school had the opportunity to have such a motivated, inspiring, open-minded and supportive teacher like Ben.

Ben is an attentive listener and manages to keep me progressing and wanting more. My vocabulary has increased enormously in the last few days! Since they're all very useful words and expressions, I can immediately integrate them into my daily life. So functional!

Interest is the best teacher! Ben connects what I've experienced with what he has planned for the lesson. He's flexible, creative, and incredibly supportive. He has so much teaching experience.

Ben老师 is a kind, patient, and truly excellent teacher. I have taken several of his comprehensible input lessons, and although I always feel a bit nervous right before class — since speaking entirely in Chinese can be intimidating — Ben immediately makes me feel relaxed and confident.

His lessons are engaging, fun, and full of variety. He provides plenty of opportunities to practice each new vocabulary and grammar point using different types of materials. I really appreciate that he doesn’t interrupt too much or overcorrect; instead, he lets me think, try, and express myself before stepping in to guide me.

Ben speaks almost entirely in Chinese and skillfully uses context clues, gestures, and examples to make sure I can follow along and understand, even if I don’t know every word. I didn’t expect to learn so much through full immersion in the target language, but thanks to his teaching, I’ve made incredible progress and gained a lot of confidence!
